So this is us. Above you can see our whole team. As you’re already here we would like to introduce ourselves to you. WEM, that’s Walter, Eduard and Markus. These three guys are from the valley’s village St. Jakob. You see, they’re three real natives from Valley Aurina. Go figure who will tell you the best insider’s advice. Apart from the Aktiv WEM Tours company these ambitious gentlemen find their spare time well packed:
Together with his family Walter leads a very special organic farm. We’re the lucky ones as we can use the farmer’s products in our hotels. You need to have a look at the Künig Farm. You can book guided tours and will be introduced to the world of modern farming by Walter. Notebooks plus Lederhosen, you know. At the hotels the Künig family usually is around, you will regularly meet a member. Those four have their different tasks at Hotel Steinpent.
Eduard’s home is at one of our partner houses Hotel Talblick. His family is passionate to care for this house. You will be stunned by the location above the Valley. The main task of Eduard consists of numbers and figures. He still evolves financial concepts while we already have lost our heads. He’s the one to see clearly.
Markus is the head of Steinpent. He turns and reacts on your wishes just like his flag in front of the house does in high winds. Step inside and you will feel Markus’ spirit all over. Ideas just erupt. He has left traces all over the valley. He knows the old stories about people and the valley. You should go on a night walk with him. He will share these mystic stories with you.
You have already met all of us while scrolling through this homepage. You have seen us while sledging, skiing, mountain biking. Now we would like you to savour the Valley Aurina and all the activities just like we keep doing. Your wishes are our commands as soon as you’ll be here; we want your stay to be just as exciting as you hoped for it to be. We do this, because we can. And to make you come back next year.
Being on the move we try to make our company a little better every day. Keeping us busy, everyone of us gives all they can to develop this plan.
Aktiv WEM Tours provides the full package service for active group vacation in South Tyrol and during your stay in Valley Aurina.
Our job – and this idea is homemade – is to support tourism in Valle Aurina. Together we develop solutions for sustaining stay overs in our region. The effort is not oriented on pure profit maximization. We invite our guests to get an overview of this valley full of tradition, and to take these memories back home. Most important to us is that our guests experience their vacation. We provide them with active vacation for all their senses, and we stimulate their minds and bodies. Above all, we would like to introduce our alpine culture to young people.
Our chefs are working constantly on a process to use more regional aliment, and if possible, prepare the food with organic nourishment. We support South Tyrol.
Our houses are filled with a positive spirit. There is not a single edge in the house nor a single day of you stay which we haven’t thought of before. We personally and individually care for every single group and their requests.
